Freelance Videographer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Social-First Videographer to be part of this and help bring our world to life through engaging, short-form video content that captures the magic of Dishoom.

This not-to-be-missed opportunity will be an initial 1-month project (with the potential to extend) working remotely, but with occasional on-sites shoots in London.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot and edit high-quality, social-first video content for our organic marketing channels.
• Create engaging, fast-paced, and visually compelling content that aligns with Dishoom’s brand aesthetic and storytelling.
• Work from briefs to capture content at Dishoom locations, on location and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Adapt videos for different social platforms, keeping up with best practices, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
• Deliver work on time and to deadline, sometimes with quick turnarounds.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong portfolio of short-form video work, ideally with experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
• A deep understanding of social media video trends, editing styles, and best practices across platforms.
• A keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail to create visually stunning content.
• Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and a fast, efficient editing process.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, while taking direction and collaborating with our team.
• Access to your own camera and editing equipment/software.

What’s On Offer:

• £300 - £350 per day (dependent on experience)
• Hybrid working
• 4 week initial contract (at 2-3 day a week)
• ASAP start
